These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the JM888 platform, operated at jm888.cam ("the Platform", "JM888", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing any section of the Platform, placing a bet, participating in a promotion or using any service offered through JM888, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

JM888 is an English-language online gaming information and services platform designed for adults in jurisdictions where access to such content is not prohibited. The Platform provides access to sports betting markets, live casino games, slot entertainment and related informational content.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created on the JM888 Platform.
• "Applicable Law" means any law, statute, regulation, directive or rule applicable to the User in their jurisdiction of residence, including but not limited to Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 where applicable.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback or other non-cash benefit offered to a User subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, data, images, software, audio-visual material and other information published on or accessible through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of Users before withdrawal of funds or as otherwise required by the operator.
• "Platform" means the JM888 website accessible at jm888.cam and any associated applications or services.
• "User", "you", "your" means any natural person who accesses, registers on or uses the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus (and in some cases the associated deposit) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency of Pakistan.

To register and maintain an Account on JM888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Meeting the age requirement does not in itself make gambling lawful in your location.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by Applicable Law.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, organisations and automated systems may not register Accounts.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of JM888 or any affiliated entity.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded or banned from the Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

By accessing the JM888 Platform, you agree to the following general terms of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will not use any automated tools, bots, scrapers, crawlers or scripts to access, extract data from or interact with the Platform.
• You will not attempt to circumvent, disable or interfere with any security features, access controls or technical restrictions of the Platform.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that JM888 cannot guarantee any outcome or return on funds wagered.
• You accept that the Platform's games, odds and results are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer processes, and that JM888 does not manipulate outcomes.
• You will not engage in any form of money laundering, fraud or any activity that could be construed as a criminal offence under Applicable Law.
• You will not access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which it is unlawful to do so.

JM888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and withhold associated funds if it has reasonable grounds to believe you have breached any of the above terms of use.

JM888 may offer Bonuses and promotional offers to Users. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms including Wagering Requirements, time limits, game restrictions and minimum odds conditions. The following general terms apply to all Bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited at JM888's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
• Wagering Requirements must be met in full before any Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. As a general illustrative example, a 30x Wagering Requirement on a PKR 1,000 Bonus means PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed — however, actual requirements vary by promotion.
• Only one Bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash and cannot be shared between accounts.
• Attempting to abuse Bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies or collusion — constitutes prohibited conduct and may result in Bonus forfeiture and Account closure.
• Illustrative Bonus figures shown anywhere on the Platform (including welcome offers) are examples only. Verified current figures are available in the live promotions section of your Account.

The following general betting rules apply to all markets available on the JM888 Platform:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension, Balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities:

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited
• Registering multiple Accounts (multi-accounting)
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC
• Altering, falsifying or obscuring identity documents submitted for KYC
• Using any form of automated software, bot or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or collusion with other Users
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors to gain unfair advantage
• Money laundering, fraud or any other financially prohibited activity
• Harassing, threatening or abusing JM888 staff or other Users
• Bonus abuse, including arbitrage or matched-betting strategies targeting promotional offers

All Content on the JM888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, audio-visual material, data compilations and user interface designs — is the intellectual property of JM888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and related laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content without JM888's prior written consent.

The JM888 brand name, logo and associated marks are the exclusive property of JM888. Nothing in these Terms confers any right or licence to use any JM888 trademark, trade name or service mark.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, JM888 expressly excludes all warranties, representations and conditions, whether express or implied, relating to the Platform and its services, including but not limited to:

• Uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform
• Accuracy, completeness or currency of information provided on the Platform
• Fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability of any service

JM888 shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from or in connection with use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits or loss of opportunity, even if JM888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

JM888's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

JM888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, subject to operator availability:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limits: Users may set a maximum net loss limit per period.
• Session Timers & Reality Checks: Time-based reminders to review gambling activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months or longer, during which they will be blocked from accessing the Platform.
• Account Cooling-Off: A short-term break option for Users who wish to pause without permanent self-exclusion.

JM888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, JM888 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through the Platform (for example, via a notification upon login or a notice on the homepage). However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

All amendments take effect from the updated Effective Date displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JM888 holds its operating licence. Specific governing law information will be provided upon request where applicable.

In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to contact JM888 support in the first instance to seek informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body specified by JM888's licensing authority, where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
